Are you ready for change?

A lot has changed in my life in a very short period of time.

I could barely open my eyes when I woke up, and they begged for another hour of sleep.

I could have gotten up. I could have judged myself for not. But it was if my physical body said "please slow down and lend me "time" to catch up." It feels like sea sickness on land, a little discombobulating, a gentle reminder that I am allowed to slow down.

As I sit out on my future in-laws deck enjoying my breakfast, I began to contemplate my life to the sound of the waves rolling in.

A lot has changed in 2 years.

I went through my memories on Facebook.

2 years ago, I burned the remnants of my marriage box, and saw a Phoenix rising from the ashes.

2 years ago, I made my first ever trip to Southampton, without knowing how much this place would become a part of my heart and soul.

2 years ago, I didn't know the love that was available for me.

2 years ago I was a totally different person.

In 2 years, my timeliness have collapsed. Traditional time doesn't apply to me anymore. "Slowing down to speed up" has become a norm in my life. And I'm here for all of it.

In 2 years I have shed the skin of who I once was, and am continually growing and evolving into my own epicness.

I am strong and gentle. I am firm and kind. I am clear and seek understanding. I have boundaries and I am a safe space. I am my own center and I spread love to others. I am all this and I am so much more. I am so much more and I will grow bigger.

My trust in myself is my rocket fuel. My love for myself is my safe haven. My integrity is the Fibre of my being. My words are my signature. My body is my carrier. My life is my canvas. My paintbrush is my outlook. My palette is my experiences, each colour representing the simplistic brilliance of my world.

Alot can change in 2 years if you let it. I hope you let it!
