Magic was born tonight!

Ever been hangry?! It totally happened to me.

Off the tail of a pretty awesome day, I felt sluggish. "Off". Mopey.

I knew I needed to focus my energy on my upcoming class "The Bonded Woman", but my inner feminine was not having it.

My inner masculine stepped up, and said "c'mon babe. Work on it for an hour, you're food is cooking anyways."

So I sat at my computer, lit some incense and just allowed myself to BE.

I sat looking at a picture of @wittbla and I, and recalled the early days of our relationship (it's so hard to believe we celebrate our 1 year next week!)

I began to feel the FLOW, the JOY, the GRATITUDE.

And I wrote. After an hour of fierce typing, the class has come together. And I am so damn proud of what I will be delivering on Monday and Tueday!

The outline for the full program was born tonight, from the overflow of the class, and I FEEL the presence of magic!

I have been the broken, trauma bonded, scared girl. I have abandoned myself in the attempt to be "the perfect girlfriend/wife". I neglected my needs in the attempt to please someone else.

And it didn't work. Not one bit.

But you know what did?

💫Finding myself

💫Deepening my connection with my soul

💫Loving myself through every emotion and healing my wounds

And it led me to:

❤A full, happy life

❤An ability to take responsibility for my own emotions, and heal myself first

❤My souls purpose

❤And of course my soulmate

The bond you create with yourself CAN be so unbreakable, so unshakeable and so beautiful. You build a DSL connection to your heart. It gets to be EFFORTLESS, but first you must be brave enough to put the effort in. To heal. To grow. To lead with love.
