The Cycle

I woke up at the trailer, and I had an amazing call with my coach. My eyes were opened to a lot of pieces!

If you are new to my page, welcome! You may not know that I come from a toxic, abusive relationship. I have so much love for you if you are caught in this cycle. But I want you to know that you do not, I repeat DO NOT, need to tolerate this behavior from anyone. Family and friends included.

This cycle CAN be broken, but you need to have courage. No one can do it for you, but they can support you, if you allow them. I know how scary it is. I know how it feels like the hardest thing to do. I know that you can't find the light. I can help you, and my hand is here. But it's up to you to reach up and grab it. I can't help you from down in the trenches, much like my tribe couldn't help when I was deep down there.

I have felt your pain. I have felt your despair and fear. But I also feel your desire for a brighter future! Let's get it for you!
